2. Client-Side Privacy & Data Handling

Our tools run entirely client-side within your web browser using Web Audio APIs and WebAssembly. We do not upload, copy, store, or transmit your audio or video files to any remote servers. 3. Acceptable Use Policy

When using Cut My Audio, you agree to:

  • Only process audio, video, and multimedia files that you own, have licensed, or have legal authorization to edit and modify.
  • Not use our tools for any illegal, infringing, or harmful purposes.
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or attack the website infrastructure or content delivery network.

4. Intellectual Property & User Content

We claim no intellectual property rights or ownership over the audio, music, podcasts, or video files you process using Cut My Audio. The exported audio tracks belong exclusively to you, subject to the rights of original copyright holders.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Cut My Audio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for high precision and browser stability across all supported audio formats, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free processing on all operating systems or devices.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Cut My Audio or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our tools, including loss of data or audio files. Users are advised to maintain backup copies of their original media before processing.

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website following any posted modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
